We seek to partner with you in HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT for the GMS (Greater Mekong Sub-region). We aim to provide exceptional consulting services to all our clients, both from the private and public sectors, in management services, human resource development and entrepreneurship.

The Greater Mekong Sub-region (GMS) comprises Cambodia, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Myanmar, Thailand, Viet Nam, and Yunnan Province in the People's Republic of China. In 1992, with the assistance of ADB, the six countries entered into a program of subregional economic cooperation, designed to enhance economic relations among the countries. The program has contributed to the development of infrastructure to enable the development and sharing of the resource base, and promote the freer flow of goods and people in the subregion. It has also led to the international recognition of the subregion as a growth area.
